What are the sales quotas?
There are no quotas. To be eligible for bonuses you need to have $300 in qualified sales.
How do I start with this company?
There is a $39.99 registration fee. You may purchase the Starter Kit, that contains over $200 in merchandise, for $79.99 at registration. After your contract is received you are good to go! With your first order that brings you to $300 in volume you are eligible to 40% in free books (this offer is good for 60 days after registration)!
What are the shipping times?
This varies depending on where you are. I tell people 2 weeks but I usually receive my orders in 1 week.
Does the company dropship?
You can change the address on a whole order but they won't separate orders placed by Stallholder. People can order directly through your website and the will ship directly.
What is the commission structure?
You receive discount starting at 20% and working up to 33% based on your 12 month Cumulative sales. You receive personal sales bonus, % based on your teams sales, on your monthly sales. You receive a % of your teams sales (if you are bonus qualified). For every order you place you receive 20% in free books.
How am I paid?
Bonuses, personal sales bonus, teams commission, web sales commission are paid on the 15th off the month. Amounts less than $30 are saved till next month.
Are "company websites" available?
You may purchase a website for $59.99 for 6 months. The websites can be personalized.
Can I design my own website?
yes - but to take online orders you must subscribe to a Barefoot website.
Where can I sell?
You can have home parties, fairs, book fairs, one-on-one sales, fund raisers, preschools, daycares. For the most part where ever your imagination takes you!
Does this company offer fundraisers?
This is something that the individual Stallholder decides the details. Most Stallholders offer fund raiser so there is a great deal of information regarding how to.
Are training tools available?
Yes! There are training emails, conference calls, chats, workshops, and conferences. Each Stallholder is assigned (or chooses) a Stallholder to sponsor them. Your Sponsor will walk you through starting out and be there for any issues that might arise. There is a community board and yahoo group that offer great support.
Am I required to hold home parties?
no but parties are the best place to sell and meet people
