We started in 1985 offering safe and
environmentally friendly products by wholesale. There are over 350 products
that you purchase directly from the company, thus eliminating any middle-man
pricing. You can become a customer or earn an extra stream of income working 5
to 20 hours a week.

I have been with the company since
March 2007.
What are the sales quotas?
We do not sell products, therefore we have "no
sales quotas." We do; however, all use our own products and agree to purchase
35 product points each month or 75 product points if we are builders. Think of
it this way, "A Buick salesman would not drive a Ford!" We believe in and
use our own products! The products are at wholesale and save us money as well
as giving us safe products.

What are the shipping times?
You can expect to receive your order "at your
door" by UPS within 3 to 5 days. Just think of the gas you will save, not to
mention all of the "impulse buying you will avoid."
Does the company dropship?
Shipping is done directly to the person ordering
by UPS.
What is the commission structure?
If we chose to build a business, we are
paid by the number of customers we recruit for the company and the number of
people we help build their business. We are paid many additional bonuses as we
grow and the company usually has a promotion each month where we can earn free
gas, a computer, a television, or many other things as we build our business.
People working consistently 20 hours a week can earn approximately $55,000
within two years. That is the average time for a person to build to the Senior
Director level. Those figures are published in our Leadership in Action
magazine mailed to all customers each month. It is a documented figure!
How am I paid?
Our checks are mailed on the 15th of each month and we receive
them approximately three days later-depending upon where you live in the
country.
Are "company websites" available?
We automatically receive a FREE training web
site when we sign up from the Advancing With Us team and there are three full
web sites for us to use with no payment showing the company store and all of
it's products, a full weight loss web site as well as a web site giving all
of the cleaning product details. If you don't know how to set it up, I set
it up for my down line. You can purchase a membership to the MYMELALEUCA web
site which has additional information but it is not necessary.
Can I design my own website?
You can design your own web site but there are
limitations on what you can do on YOUR web site.
Where can I sell?
Again, we do not sell. We recruit customers or business
builders and can do so anywhere in the United States, Canada and 14 other
countries. We can also recruit service people overseas with APO addresses.
Does this company offer fundraisers?

Are training tools available?
The company offers training tools downloadable
over the company web site as well as the web site offered by Career Moms At Home.
I also offer many training tools to my personal down line. We can also purchase
tapes, booklets, and other training materials from the company site.
Am I required to hold home parties?
No, we do not sell. You can hold
"in-home recruiting parties" which are very successful but no products are
sold at them.
