Even if you do not yet have a site or even an address we can help. In three days we will show you several new designs for your website. We will work with you on your preferences and business goals. 1) The cost for maintenance is $35.00 per month with hosting and $20.00 per month without hosting. (The fee includes monthly revisions, additions and deletions to your site on a monthly basis for up to an hour of labor per quarter.) The alternative is a $50.00 monthly maintenance fee with twelve hours of changes per year. (The $50.00 fee includes monthly server costs if you have signed on with our servers.) If you elect to be your own webmaster and not use our plan after our designs are complete but decide you need further assistance our fees are $60/hr for maintenance.

2) These packages include registration with the primary search engines at no additional cost. We construct your site to be "found" by those search engines and make revisions in your site's coding to be continually found by those search engines as part of the maintenance program.

3) This basic package comes with an introductory or page plus fifteen graphics divided into a maximum of four categories. If we can get your copy or text electronically, there is no charge for text. Additional graphic costs are $10 for each image over 15 in the basic package, $30.00 for each thumb nail blow-up over 7 for the basic package.

4) You will be billed when your site is up and running to your satisfaction for the initial design/programming cost and the first three month's maintenance. If use our servers we ask for the server connection fee of 65.00 up front at the point that you hire us to design your site. We hook you up to the primary search engines upon receiving payment for design and programming. For clients that want more complicated sites, over $1500.00, payment is 1/2 at the beginning, and 1/2 upon completion. For more information see our Terms of Service.

5) We like to drop our company logo and additional links at the bottom of your first page as a link to our own page.

6) Sites with shopping carts are more expensive than our basic packages. Server connection costs are $200.00 instead of $63.00.

In conclusion, a basic five page includes an introductory page plus four additional pages with twenty graphics. Up front you pay $63.00 for server connection. You pay the balance to us when your site is up, looking and behaving to your satisfaction. At which point, we will toggle your site to 10 search engines. (A complete 20 image shopping carts site costs $1000.00.)

All updates are usually done within 24-48 hours (during normal business hours). If more work than can possibly be completed within this time frame is submitted, we will contact you promptly with an expected turnaround time.

Note: Our ecommerce programs are meant for long-term maintenance. A minimum 3-month commitment is expected to begin this program and before any package downgrade. This program cannot be applied to initial web site design.
