I just begun my journey with Initials, Inc but the results from women have been unreal!! I am the very first creative partner in the state of Oregon for Initials,Inc. Becasue this ground floor company is so new this has given me an opportunity to truly grow my business on so many levels!!
What are the sales quotas?
Qualified Status - Qualified Status is defined by generating $400 in base sales (PV) monthly
To Remain "Active" in your business a Creative Partner must generate $500 in PV within her Rolling Quarter period.
How do I start with this company?
Start today! Once you have completed the online sign-up you can begin immediately! Log on to your Business Center and download the Guide to Getting Started. This short document will guide you through your first steps as a new Creative Partner with Initials, Inc.!
What are the shipping times?
For your initial kit it takes one week for your kit to arrive to you from the time you order it. Normal parties it takes about three weeks to recieve your order, becasue each item is personal designed for you!!!
Does the company dropship?
Yes we can do individual orders for customers outside of parties!!
What is the commission structure?
Base Commission - 20% on all Base Retail Sales. Excludes Hostess Rewards, Reward Orders or Business Supplies.
Personal Sales Bonus (former Volume Bonus) - 5% paid on PV after Creative Partner has generated $750 in PV for the month. Bonus retros to first dollar of the month.
Team Building Bonus (former Personal Sales Bonus) - 5% bonus paid on Qualified Creative Partners PV with 1 Qualified Creative Partner in Level 1 and 1 new recruit within the calendar month
Excellence Rewards - Monthly incentives of Product or Supplies for Base sales of $2,000 and $3,500
Downline Bonus (former Business Building Bonus) - 2% bonus paid on all personal Recruits. To qualify, Sponsoring Creative Partner must have $750+ in Personal Volume.
Overrides - Percentage paid on downline sales when a Creative Partner reaches Creative Leader or above rank.
How am I paid?
You are paid immediately. You collect all payments and keep your commission. Commissions from customer credit card payments will be paid in conjunction with earned bonuses and/or overrides during the first week of the following month.
Are "company websites" available?
Yes you can subscribe to a replicated website for a small fee every month.
Can I design my own website?
No you can not, it must be the replicated website through Initials,Inc.
Where can I sell?
Homeparties, Fairs and expo's, you can advertise your business through facebook,myspace, craigslist, and other online forums that are avilable.
Does this company offer fundraisers?
Initials,Inc does not have a fundraiser program but you can do a fundraiser by donating your commision to the organization that your doing the fundraiser for.
Are training tools available?
Yes there are a ton of training tools avilable to us!!
Am I required to hold home parties?
No you are not "required" to hold home parties but submitting sales would be a good way to make money!!

Do I have to pay for Hostess Rewards?
No! We love our Hostesses and believe that they deserve to be
rewarded—well! Initials, Inc. joyfully pays for all Hostess Rewards.
Do I have to warehouse product?
Because “There’s only one you!” each of your orders are lovingly processed
one at a time. You are offering custom product made exactly the way your
customer wants it. There is nothing to warehouse or keep—just order
what you sell and we will take care of the rest!
Do I have to pay for Business Supplies?
Included in your Starter Kit are enough Business Supplies to complete your
first 4 parties (50 Catalogs, 50 Order Forms, 100 Invitations, 25 Hostess
Guides, and 25 Opportunity Brochures). Additional supplies may be
purchased for a nominal cost through your Business Center.
Do I have to buy additional products?
No. Through our Quick Advance 30/60/90 day program and our monthly
Excellence Rewards you can earn free products every month!
