What are the sales quotas?
There are no sales quotas for consultants. We offer a commission programmed based on retail invoice size. The standard is 50% commission on a nominal invoice size.
How do I start with this company?
1. You sign up as a consultant with the purchase of a consultant case.
2. You activate your account with a retail invoice.
3. You use products, sell to clients.
Obviously, I would prefer you contact me first THEN go to the website after we have discussed your best options. You would need my consultant number #238470 to sign up online. We offer a standard package for 2007 at $50. There might be an express option for less, this does vary from time to time.
Once you have signed up, you have the option to order from some pre-set packages for new consultants or from our complete product line.
All consultants are asked to activate their account in their first calendar month with a $300 retail invoice. This can be done at the same time as the sign up to save time and shipping cost of $7.75.
What are the shipping times?
We have 2 shipping centers in the United States at this time. Presently we use Fed Ex Home Delivery so consultants can receive their shipments between Tuesday and Saturday. Allow 3-5 days for many parts of the United States.
Does the company dropship?
Not at this time. We ship direct to consultants only.
What is the commission structure?
Commission is based on retail invoice size - up to $299.99 would be processed at 30% while a $300.00 or larger retail invoice would be processed at 50%. Each invoice is a stand alone.
How am I paid?
Consultants collect from clients. Payment for products from Jafra are processed with the adjusted pricing based on the chosen commission level for that invoice.
Managers and above receive an override from the company monthly based on team activity. Managers and above still collect payments from their own clients.
Are "company websites" available?
Company websites are available at a yearly paid rate of $60 plus tax. Jafra maintains all websites.
Can I design my own website?
Simple answer. NO. Jafra provides the company supported website for about $5.00 a month so that you do not need a personally designed website.
Where can I sell?
We are a direct sales company and our market is through person to person contact, website orders, group demonstrations. We do not sell in retail stores, flea markets or swap meets.
Does this company offer fundraisers?
Fundraisers are a personal business decision.
Are training tools available?
Yes, many are included in the sign up package. Others are offered during the year at the company consultant website that is offered free of charge.
Am I required to hold home parties?
You are not required to hold home parties. Home parties are one option for selling products.
