How long have you been with this company?
I joined Just Jewelry in March 2009.
What are the sales quotas?
No sales quotas unless you have a downline! If you have a downline, your sales quota begins at only $250 wholesale per month. To remain as a consultant from year to year, you pay a $35 renewal fee.
How do I start with this company?
You would need to fax or mail in a consultant agreement and then purchase a business enhcancer kit and a jewelry kit. The basic kits cost a total of $329 plus tax and shipping.

What are the shipping times?
Orders placed by midnight on Saturday will ship no later than Tuesday. Orders placed by midnight on Monday will ship no later than Thursday. All orders are shipped via UPS. Time it takes to ship to your house depends on where you live in relation to the state of Ohio. I live in IL and it takes 2 days for it to arrive to me.
Does the company dropship?
No. All orders must be placed through a consultant directly and items are shipped to that consultant.
What is the commission structure?
You earn 50% immediate commission on sales with opportunities to earn up to 10% on your first level downline. You can earn commission down to four levels depending on your leadership status.
If you purchase $250 wholesale from Just Jewelry with just one recruit under you, you earn 4% of their sales.
How am I paid?
You pay yourself. If you sell from your table then you keep the money you make since you already purchased the products. If you sell by taking orders, customers pay you for their orders, you pay for the order from Just Jewelry and keep the difference.
Downline commission checks of $10 and over are sent out once a month.
Are "company websites" available?
Just Jewelry offers websites to those that are Sr. Team Leader or higher as well as to Just Jewelry’s Yearly Top Salespersons and Top Recruiters. The webpage set up fee is $45.00 for the development of the their personal Just Jewelry webpage. The $45.00 fee is due prior to the development of the page. An annual fee of $25.00 covers maintenance of the webpage and allows Consultants to make changes to their personal webpage up to two times per year.
Can I design my own website?
Yes! You just need to stay within the guidelines provided by Just Jewelry in their consultant manual.
Where can I sell?
You can sell at Open Houses,Trunk Shows, Craft Shows, Farmers Markets, Fairs and Bazaars. You can also sign up businesses to sell Just Jewelry.
Does this company offer fundraisers?
Fundraisers are offered by individual consultants. Feel free to contact me to request information on fundraising.
Are training tools available?
Yes,training tools are available! We have weekly update phone calls from corporate, monthly team meetings, yahoo groups and my team has a Ning group dedicated just to us.
There are also very helpful resources available to us in the consultant back office.
Am I required to hold home parties?
There are no home show requirements. Some consultants sell strictly at shows. It's entirely up to you.
