Our shipping times are extremely quick from the time the order is submitted to the time it arrives at our customers door step is between 3 - 5 business days through UPS.

At lia sophia the jewelry is ordered and shipped from our warehouse directly to the hostess or customer. The items that the advisors carry are their personal collection, we do not carry inventory and do not sell the products from our display.
What is the commission structure?
All advisors earn 30% commission on their personal sales. Once at the management level you actually receive 40% commission from your personal sales and a 10% override of your team sales.
How am I paid?
Commission is paid weekly in the form of direct deposit.

It is not required to hold home parties, however this is where you will see your business blossom and earn the most income and receive the most customer interest.
