Passion Parties is the premier sensual products company in the United States
and Canada. We are celebrating 12 years of bringing quality sensual products to
men and women throughout North America. Our exclusive line of products is
designed to encourage intimacy between partners.
Through in-home parties, we bring the value of product knowledge, education,
and confidentiality simply not found in the retail environment.
How long have you been with this company?
I started my Passion Parties career in August of 2006, and had my first party in
October of 2006. Honestly, I was too scared to open my kit when I first received
it... so I didn't, for 6 weeks! I didn't know what most of the "stuff" did or where it
went. Finally, I got up the courage to have my first party and it has been the
best decision I have ever made.
I didn't start recruiting until May of 2007, and went from 0 recruits to over 26 on
my team by the end of 2007 - elevating me to the top level of Executive
Director. I LOVE my team of wonderful women. We are growing and learning in
this business together and I wouldn't have it any other way!
What are the sales quotas?
This was one of the first questions I asked as I was unsure if this would really
work for me and I didn't want to be trapped with huge quotas. What I found
out was that the quota to remain an active consultant is VERY minimal - just a
formality really. The quota is $600 in retail sales each 6 months. An average
party company wide is $500, and a consultant makes 40% ($200 profit for a
$500 party). So if you did 2-3 parties (or just had $600 in sales to you or
others) in 6 months, you'd stay active.
There are no minimums in placing orders with Passion Parties.
There are no requirements for a minimum number of parties you have. I
firmly believe that when you join my team, my job is to help you be as
successful as you want to be in your business. If you want to do this VERY
part time, I will teach you how to do that. If you want to do this full-time. I
can help you reach that goal as well.
There is no minimum or even a requirement to carry inventory. While many
consultants do choose to carry at least a little bit of inventory, we have quite
a few members of the Million Dollar Club that don't carry even one penny in
inventory.
How do I start with this company?
Getting started is very easy. You purchase one of 3 kits that each include
products to show at your parties and the business tools to get you started.
The difference between the 3 kits are the amount of products that are
included.
The 3 kits cost $100 (over $200 worth of products), $250 (over $700 worth of
products), and $450 (over $1000 worth of products). I started with the $250
kit and that is the one that I still recommend. The $100 kit just isn't enough
to really get started, and the $450 kit is overkill, to be honest.
Also, if you prefer to run a "mild" business only (and not show or sell the
"toys"), we have kits that only include the mild side of our product line, such
as the bath and body products, other fun edibles and items to increase
intimacy in relationships. We even have a "mild-only" catalog.

Once you are ready to start your new business, I can sign you up by phone

What are the shipping times?
Passion Parties uses UPS and FedEx for its shipping method (you specify your
preference). Orders are packed, usually within 1-2 business days of being
received, and are shipped Monday through Friday. A UPS tracking number is
provided. Estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days depending on your
distance from Las Vegas, and if you chose ground, 3 day, 2 day or overnight
shipping.
Does the company dropship?
No, and I prefer it this way.
Why? Because I keep all my customer's information confidential, and never give
any of it over to Passion Parties Corporate. I place 1 master order and then
package each customer's order individually. This method also give me a chance
to toss in some freebies or coupons and provide personal customer service.
What is the commission structure?
3 ways to get paid:
1. 40% of all retail sales is yours to keep (unless you offer discounts)
2. Bonuses based upon your monthly retail sales.
(you can make a nice income on just these 2 way alone - many do)
3. And overrides based upon your earned leadership level (ranging from 3-
5%, 3 levels deep), and your team's monthly sales.
I have been able to pay my mortgage on my income from #3 alone.
Other benefits include:
1. Can earn a car bonus of $400 cash per month
2. Can earn a Home Award bonus of $1000 per month
How am I paid?
You keep 40% of your total retail sales the night of the party. Bonus and
commission/override checks are either sent by mail on the 15th of each month
or you can choose direct deposit. All bonuses are paid in cash.
There are also many opportunities to earn/win other prizes, from free product,
all the way to a free trip for 2, and more.
Are "company websites" available?
Yes. You can choose from several templates for your site. All consultants receive
a free "business card" website, and you can upgrade that site at anytime to
include an online shopping cart. There are also several web pages on your site
that you can completely customize with your own information.
Can I design my own website?
Yes and no. In order to maintain the professional integrity and high standards of
Passion Parties, you are limited in making your own website beyond the one
provided to you by Passion Parties. This is to protect you as well as the
company. Since our products are sensual in nature, and we pride ourselves in
being educational and professional consultants, self-made websites are not
allowed in order to insure that our professional image is maintained.
At the same time, you can mention Passion Parties on a personal blog, and put
information about your Passion Parties business in signature lines in email and
on forums.
Where can I sell?
There are many places that you can sell. The backbone of our business is the
home party and this is where you'll make your most income.
While having in-home parties might seem like a negative to some people,
this is actually a strength of Passion Parties. Women WANT to have our
parties. You won't have to chase people down and beg them to have a party,
and in fact, you'll have people call you to book a party.
You can also sell to individuals in person, over the phone, or through email.
You can sell products in your online store, advertise both on and offline.
Really, you can sell pretty much anywhere, including at Bridal Expos, trade
shows, fundraisers, and more.
Does this company offer fundraisers?
Passion Parties is active with several different charities including the Susan G
Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer Research, Autism Speaks and more. Sales
of certain products help to raise money for the wonderful organizations.
Also, as an independent consultant, you are welcome to participate in other
fundraisers and have some of your own.
Are training tools available?
Oh yes! There is an extensive amount of training available, and you can decide
how much or how little you need. Your kit comes with a training DVD, an audio
CD, and the Passion Parties Guide to Great Sex book. There is a company
provided online discussion board, many yahoo groups, a private training site for
our Million Dollar team, conference calls, individual coaching calls, local training
meetings, regional conferences, and a National Annual Convention in Las Vegas.
Think of all of these resources as a reference library to utilize as you desire. I
have found the training to be excellent and my sponsor incredibly supportive.
Am I required to hold home parties?
While there is no specific requirement to hold home parties, in-home parties are
our main focus for getting sales, giving the gift of the business, and education
women. Parties are so much fun, and I absolutely love doing parties!
More Information:
I suppose I should probably throw in a big sales pitch here or something, but
I don't do that. What I will say is THANK YOU Passion Parties for changing my
life! As a newly single mom, going through an unwanted divorce, my Passion
Parties business helped me to continue to be a stay at home mom with my
kids - even as a single stay at home mom.
One other bit of information about me is that I have a degree in Youth
Ministry. Most people giggle when I tell them that. The world teaches us that
