After nearly 2 decades,Sarah Coventry, HPP, Inc., returned to the direct selling industry. Having been the premier jewelry company for direct sellers in the 20th Century, Sarah Coventry was "re-born" in October of 2003 when the first home party of the 21st Century was held. Sarah Coventry was and is again a place to find affordable and fashionable jewelry for every woman.

I joined Sarah Coventry in October of 2004.
What are the sales quotas?
Sarah Coventry does not really have a "quota", but to remain active, a Style Consultant must submit a mimimum $250 party in a 4-month period. A $250 party each month will make that Style Consultant eligble for all applicable bonuses for their leadership position.
How do I start with this company?
Sarah Coventry has several plans for new Style Consultants. The intitial kit cost is $200 plus tax and shipping. This can be paid in full or a 50% deposit can be made with the the balance being deducted from the first commissions. There is also a plan that enables a new Style Consultant to earn their starter kit absolutely FREE.
What are the shipping times?
All orders are submitted online and are usually processed within 24-48 hours. Each individual order is shipped directly to the customer via USPS 1st Class Mail. If a hostess desires, a party may remain open from the beginning until the end of the calendar month that the party is held. This enables a hostess to take orders for the entire month to add to her total sales. Each order can be processed and shipped at anytime during the month.
Does the company dropship?
All orders are shipped directly to the customer eliminating any need for a dropship.
What is the commission structure?
Sarah Coventry's compensation plan is among the best in the current market. Each Style Consultant earns 30% commission on all sales plus a 3% bonus when personal sales reach $800 per month. Style Consultants are also paid a bonus of 3% on the sales of their FIRST sponsored consultant and 4% on each consultant afterwards. To qualify for any of these bonuses, a Style Consultant must have at least $250 in personal sales (one party) a month. When a Style Consultant has $800 in personal sales, 4 active personally sponsored consultants, and total group sales reach $3500 for 2 consecutive months, a consultant is promoted to Branch Leader and receives an additional 5% Branch bonus. Branch Leaders are promoted when new Leaders are promoted within their teams.
How am I paid?
Sarah Coventry has automatic deposit or can issue a check. All parties that are submitted Monday through Thursday are paid on Friday of the following week. All bonuses are paid on or about the 15th of each month.
Are "company websites" available?
Each Style Consultant has their own company webpage.
Can I design my own website?
Personal websites would have to be appoved by the company, but the company has developed a website that is user friendly to both customer and consultant. There's really no need to invest in a personal website.
Where can I sell?
At this time, Sarah Coventry has not expanded outside the US. You can sell to or sponsor anyone in the United States.
Does this company offer fundraisers?
Sarah Coventry has a fundraising program that gives both the organization and the Style Consultant remuneration in the amount of 20% of total commissionable sales.
Are training tools available?
Training is available from the company and any Sarah Coventry leader. Training meetings and conference calls are held at regular intervals.
Am I required to hold home parties?
Sarah Coventry is based on the Home Party Plan. The most important word here is PARTY! If you like to have fun and play a few games, holding a home party is literally, "a piece of cake". The company has a training DVD for holding a home party, but a Style Consultant can adapt the format of a party to what works best and is most comfortable for them. The best home parties last less than 2 hours and usually result in the most fun and the highest sales.
