Our web design is creative, modern, and very professional. Our company has the ability to deliver such services such as database integration, web hosting, e-mail, internet consultation, and web design. We strive for a close relationship with our clients to offer them personalized service.
All services provided by Web Page One Designs are subject to the following Terms of Service. The purpose of this document is to avoid any misunderstandings between Web Page One Designs and their client.
AGREEMENT
This Agreement sets forth the Standard Terms and Conditions that apply to the use of the Web Page One Designs Services.
We will not build:
Sites that contain adult material;
Warez sites;
Sites that we consider to be offensive or defamatory
Your site will be installed on a server owned by a third party unless stated otherwise. Data stored on servers is not guaranteed to be backed up. We recommend that you keep a separate backup of all data.
You must not divulge any of your passwords to any other person, and you should take reasonable precautions to ensure that they are not discovered by any other people.
We will not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services.
Any materials provided by you will remain your property.
All source code, graphics and edited images used to produce your web site will be the property of WPOD, LLC, but will not be used without your consent.
You must ensure that all material supplied by you does not infringe upon any Trade Name, Trade Mark, Copyright or other rights.
You must be the legal owner of all material that you supply to us.
All materials that you supply to us must be truthful.
You will be responsible for the content of your web site and you must obtain legal permission for items used, if required.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the content of your web site does not violate United States law.
You will be held liable for all claims, demands, suits, damages, controversies or any other actions arising from your web site.
We reserve the right to add a link back to our site on each page of your site.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any agreement with you at any time without notice.
A deposit of 50% of the design fee is payable before we begin building your site, unless otherwise agreed. The balance is payable on completion of the site.
All payments must be made in full within 21 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. Except for domain registration fees, which must be paid on receipt of your invoice.
We will not divulge any of your details, such as name or E-mail address to any third parties without your prior consent.
If you terminate an agreement with WPOD, LLC, you will be required to pay in full all monies still owed, including hosting fees, immediately.
We reserve the right to remove your site from our servers if any of your payments are late.
You must not use your E-mail accounts to:
Knowingly send any material that contains a virus
Send chain letters of any description
Participate in any form of unsolicited bulk E-mailing or spam
