Well, I don't always post the 'good ones' or sugar-coat everything. I have to say I can't really say too much about Websponsors.com. Meaning I can't say much good and I can't say much bad. Reason for this is my affiliate application was denied. I must tell you that this is the first program that I wasn't approved for and I guess this happens at times. I have been waiting since October 18th to have my site re-reviewed for approval. I'm not exactly sure who investigated my website in the first place but here are a few examples of why I could have been denied...
--->You applied with an email address that was not from your domain (you@aol.com for example) The email address I applied with AND they emailed my denial to was anita AT mommyshelperonline.com
--->Your site is hosted on a free web hosting server (Tripod, Angelfire, Geocities, etc.), or your website is hosted on your ISP's domain (yourisp.com/~user) Could someone please tell me where my hosting payments are going to each month??
--->Your site does not have an adequate privacy policy. Click the link below for an example of a suitable privacy policy: http://www.websponsors.com/privacysample.htm I wonder what this page is that can be accessed from every page on my website http://www.mommyshelperonline.com/privacy-policy.html
--->Your site was not "up-and-running" when it was reviewed MommysHelperOnline.com has been 'up-and-running' since last November.
Then they go on to tell me that once my 'problems' are fixed I can email them and submit for re-evaluation. Well, of course I immediately emailed them back pointing out that my site didn't fit any of those 'problems' and I'm still awaiting a reply. Please excuse the sarcasm above. I guess I just have to deal with the fact that I wasn't approved. I guess the review for Websponsors.com will be left for someone else...
